Proud to share our evaluation results

The quality of the KNAW institutes is regularly assessed using the Strategy Evaluation Protocol (SEP) and the KNAW Evaluation Guidelines for Institutes.

As part of the Royal Academy of Arts and Sciences (KNAW), the Netherlands Institute for Neuroscience has successfully completed this evaluation.

The evaluation committee concludes that the research is of excellent quality, with world-leading expertise and outstanding scientific output. The committee highlights the combination of excellent facilities and fundamental research with a strong societal impact. We are especially pleased that the committee recognizes the vibrant academic community within our institute and our solid future strategy, in which the connection between neuroscience and psychiatry plays an increasingly important role.
