Description

We are looking for a student with very good Matlab programming skills, and good knowledge of data analysis and statistics approaches to help with the analyses of very large in vivo calcium imaging datasets. Using two-photon microscopy of calcium signals, the neural activity of thousands of neurons is recorded in vivo for hours, repeatedly over periods of weeks to months. We use this technique to study how visual learning is achieved through changes in network activity in the visual cortex of mice.
