📣 Internship Opportunity – Social Learning, Decision-Making & Computational Modeling

Hi everyone!

I’m looking for motivated and curious research interns to join me on an exciting ongoing project in social decision-making. If you’re interested in computational modeling, behavioral data analysis, or experimental design, this could be a great chance to get hands-on experience!

🔬 Project – Social Learning & Emotions 
This project explores how people learn outcomes (like gaining/losing money) for themselves and others, with emotional feedback (e.g., happy/sad videos).
You’d help with:

  • Running an online validation experiment
  • Analyzing behavioral data from learning tasks
  • Assisting with computational modeling
  • Possibly helping design a new revised version of the experiment

đź•’ Start: As soon as possible

🛠️ You’ll learn:

  • conduct an online behavior experiment
  • Basics of computational modeling and Bayesian analysis
  • How to combine behavioral, questionnaire, and task data

đź’ˇ You might be a good fit if:

  • You’re a student in psychology, neuroscience, cognitive science, or a related field
  • You’re curious, independent, and want to learn by doing
  • You’ve got some experience with R, Python, or MATLAB (or willing to learn)
  • You’ve got some experience with Presentation experiment program(or willing to learn)
  • Bonus if you’re familiar with online website  like Gorrila and Prolific

  • Start date: ASAP (flexible for the right person)
  • Duration: ~3 months or longer
  • Location: NIN, could be remote 2 or 3 days a week, depending on your situation
