Milo Fonville

My name is Milo, I am a Dutch student from the University of Amsterdam. I am currently doing an internship at the group of Dr. Evgenia Salta, studying the effects of the microbiome on hippocampal neurogenesis in Alzheimer’s Disease. My interest in Alzheimer’s Disease already started in middle school as it was a common disease in my direct environment. Therefore I am grateful for this internship at the NIN.
When I am not in the lab, I like meeting up with friends in Utrecht, where I was born and raised.
