About Kaya

Interdisciplinary study on development of non-invasive regenerative gene therapies
for multiple sclerosis (MS). Validating of gene expression levels in MS lesions of
efficiently remyelinating donor tissue and designing AAV constructs to promote
remyelination in EAE mice models.

Master’s intern at both the Huitinga & Verhaagen group. Supervisors: Alida Chen & Fred de Winter
