The cerebellum is located in the posterior part below the brain and is involved in coordinating movements, among other things. In addition, the cerebellum is also involved in reflexes, language, attention and emotion. They are very sensitive to alcohol which causes problems walking and moving when you are drunk.
Although the cerebellum makes up only ten percent of the entire brain, more than 50% of all nerve cells are located in this area.
